Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

These terms cover buying an ImageForge license through image-forge.net. Use of the software itself is governed by the End-User License Agreement (EULA) presented by the installer.
What you're buying
A perpetual license for one production ImageForge Forge server, with unlimited technician seats. "Perpetual" means the license key does not expire — it keeps activating the software indefinitely, including after reinstalls. Software updates are currently included at no additional charge.
Delivery
Your license key is issued automatically the moment payment completes: it is shown on the order confirmation page and emailed to the address you provided at checkout. If neither arrives within a few minutes, email contact@image-forge.net with your Stripe receipt and we will sort it out promptly.
Evaluating before you buy
Downloads are open, and the software will not perform captures or deployments until activated — so the honest way to evaluate ImageForge is to ask us for an evaluation license. We issue time-limited evaluation keys for exactly this purpose. Please evaluate on your own hardware before purchasing if you have any doubt about compatibility with your environment.
Refunds
If ImageForge does not work in your environment, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@image-forge.net — describe what went wrong, and we will first try to fix it (that's usually the fastest path for everyone). If we can't make it work for you, we will refund the purchase.
When a purchase is refunded, we revoke the license key on our end. A Forge server checks for revoked keys periodically whenever it has internet access, so an already-installed, connected Forge will typically stop accepting the key within a day, not instantly — and a Forge that stays offline, which ImageForge is specifically designed to support, may not see the revocation until it next connects. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
We may decline refunds where the license has seen substantial production use, or where refund requests appear to abuse this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card statement will show a descriptor identifying this purchase. We never see or store your card details.
Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable sales tax or VAT, which is your responsibility unless collected at checkout.
