# ImageForge Website Launch Notes

This folder is a static public website for selling ImageForge. It can be
opened directly with `site/index.html` or hosted by any static host.

Before publishing:

- Replace `CONTACT_EMAIL` in `script.js` with the real sales inbox.
- Replace quote-based pricing with final package prices when ready.
- Add real screenshots or a demo video after physical hardware validation.
- Update the validation section with tested machine models, NICs, storage
  controllers, and capture/deploy timings.
- Keep public docs links pointed at the hosted wiki pages under `site/docs`.
- Add a real domain/canonical URL once hosting is chosen.

Current positioning:

- Lead with the visitor pain: stop rebuilding Windows machines by hand.
- Position ImageForge as USB-first Windows imaging without a PXE project.
- Sell the outcome first, then use technical details as proof.
- Keep hardware validation visible but not in the primary headline path.
- Avoid claiming universal compatibility or guaranteed timing until the
  real hardware matrix is complete.
